Gaithersburg resident promoted to brigadier general
Guy T. “Tom” Cosentino of Gaithersburg is now the proud bearer of a silver star. Cosentino was promoted this month to the rank of U. S. Army brigadier general in a ceremony at the Pentagon officiated by Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Michele Flournoy and Major General Gregg Martin.
